Replacement Policy

We strive to deliver the best quality mangoes to our customers. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

2. Applicable Cases:

  • Mangoes received in a damaged or spoiled condition upon arrival.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Quality concerns with valid proof, including a video of the box opening for authentication.

3. Process:

  • Report the issue via email, message or phone within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide order details along with clear images and a video (opening of the parcel) showcasing the issue.
  • Once verified, a fresh set of mangoes (as per the requested order) will be initiated.

4. Non-Eligibility:

  • Requests due to change of mind after purchase.
  • Issues arising from partial consumption or improper storage by the customer.
